Walking along Douglas Footpath between Deutsche Schule London and Petersham & Ham Sea Scouts takes you past this submarine which is only partially visible through the winter hedge.
It is named after Cornelis Drebbel the Dutch engineer who was the builder of the first operational submarine in 1620.
