Preparing the ground
The ground next to the medical services block on Ashburnham Road is being prepared for something. My guess would be a portakabin of some sort but I will have to wait and see to be certain.
Yep, a portakabin arrived today. I was rather sad to see this work begin - it doesn't look like much but that patch of grass was really good for wild plants, way more diverse than any of the other grassy areas in Ham Close. I guess loss of the plants is moot, given the whole area is due for redevelopment.
