Ham Photos is a growing archive of photos of Ham (at the meeting of Richmond upon Thames and Kingston upon Thames in south-west London), where I have lived since 1996. It captures the small changes that are easily missed and delights in the unusual, the unexpected and the unnoticed.

Winter Pond
Of course Ham Pond looks its best in Summer but it can also be appreciated in Winter when the absence of vegetation reveals more of its shape and structure.
Lesley again, Thank you for this photo. I love Ham Common and the pond. I live in Bournemouth now but I come back to Ham as often as I can and I always visit the pond and feed the ducks and birds. In the early 1960's I was at St Andrew's Church of England primary school next to Ham Common. Now it is a Catholic Church. Best wishes Lesley
Lesley again I have a film that I used on my photograph on YouTube called Ham Street Ham Richmond Surrey. The initials of my items on YouTube are CAM. (That was my Dad's initials Clifford Alfred Middleton, he grew up in Richmond and during the Second World War he was in the Royal Navy. He met my Mother Sylvia in Liverpool during the war and after the war they moved to Richmond and then Ham.)
