Ham Photos is a growing archive of photos of Ham (at the meeting of Richmond upon Thames and Kingston upon Thames in south-west London), where I have lived since 1996. It captures the small changes that are easily missed and delights in the unusual, the unexpected and the unnoticed.

Flowers in the lawn
The rear garden at Ham House has been looking particularly good this year with the mingling of flowers among the grasses of The Plats.
I love Ham House, when I was a child it was free to enter the gardens at Ham House. Of course you had to pay to enter the house. The gardens are lovely and I learnt to swim in the river Thames by the car park near Ham House. I often went to the sand pit at Petersham. Nice to remember my childhood. Best wishes Lesley
