At the time of writing, the ugliest house in the area is on the market at £4.75m which is almost twice the price of a 5 bedroom neighbour so it is not surprising that it needs some help is selling. Clearly its appearance from the road is one of its problems so it is understandable that some sort of garden has started to appear.
Anyone who has been to the Palm Centre in Ham Street (it is a great place to visit) will appreciate how much has been spent on the olive tree alone.
£4,75 million? That’s what the developer should be fined for this carbuncle!
