This sign is both unfriendly and unnecessary. It's unfriendly because all there is the other side of the wall is a garage at the end of Kingfisher Drive. It's unnecessary as there is only a small patch of grass between the wall and Riverside Drive, if anybody did want to play ball games there are lots of better places nearby,
I do like the font though and also the surprisingly large gap between the N and O.
