This is Forbes Cottage on Ham Common. It looks as though an access road has just been created to the development plot in Abbots Mead, off Craig Road, where planning permission has been granted for a five bedroom detached house. The original plans (top) do not show this access road and Forbes Cottage is in a poor state of repair which suggest that this site will also be developed.
