LS53 YKL parks on the pavement
This example of bad parking almost leaves me speechless. There is simply no excuse for parking on the pavement like this.
A note on on the windscreen pointing out the error of the driver’s ways? Alternatively a phone call to the Borough parking enforcement officers, we have found they turn up fairly quickly in situations like this, we are in the same Borough and have used them.
