Ham Photos is a growing archive of photos of Ham (at the meeting of Richmond upon Thames and Kingston upon Thames in south-west London), where I have lived since 1996. It captures the small changes that are easily missed and delights in the unusual, the unexpected and the unnoticed.

St Thomas Aquinas Church
St Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church has a commanding position on the junction of Ham Common and Ham Street. It makes the most of this with its bright white coat that is clearly visible from the other side of the Common.

I went to school in this building from 1960 to 1966. It was St Andrew's primary school. We did sports on the common, as you know the play ground was tiny. Ham is such a special place. Keep taking photos, they are lovely to look at.
